Barbi Jay is a Ugandan-born entrepreneur, music executive, and digital strategist with a strong background in media, branding, and community building. He is a co-founder of Evolve Institute, where he brings a unique blend of creativity, real-world experience, and strategic leadership to financial education and trading innovation.

With a degree in Public Relations and Media Management from Cavendish University, Barbi Jay has spent over a decade building brands, managing audiences, and scaling visibility across digital platforms. Before entering the fintech and trading education space, he established himself as a respected music producer and artist, working with some of East Africa’s top musicians, including BET Awards nominee Eddy Kenzo, Rema Namakula, Aziz Azion, Gravity, Nince Henry, and Bennie Gunter. His work has reached tens of thousands of listeners globally, with releases surpassing 45,000+ views on YouTube.

Barbi Jay’s journey began in a Christian Baptist church, where he learned piano and developed a deep understanding of sound, discipline, and consistency—values that later shaped his approach to business and mentorship. His transition into trading and digital education was driven by a passion for financial independence, smart income systems, and empowering individuals to break free from traditional 9-to-5 limitations.

At Evolve Institute, Barbi Jay oversees branding, community growth, digital strategy, and client engagement, ensuring the institute remains relatable, transparent, and results-driven. He is also actively involved in building scalable systems such as copy trading models, online education platforms, and long-term investment communities.

Currently based in Europe with a global outlook, Barbi Jay continues to expand Evolve Institute’s vision—bridging creativity, technology, and financial literacy—to help beginners and experienced traders evolve into confident, self-reliant market participants.
